Bookings

Bookings/reservations made through the Sassy Italian Restaurant booking process require Credit card details be provided if the booking is for more than 4 people.

Booking adjustments

If you need to adjust the date and/or time of your booking, please call Sassy Italian Restaurant on 0488 007 297 or via email at reservations@sassyitalianrestaurant.com.au.

Booking cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible by calling Sassy Italian restaurant directly on 0488 007 297 or let us know via email at reservations@sassyitalianrestaurant.com.au.

If the cancellation is made within less than 24 hours of the booking date/time, a late cancellation fee will incur.

Booking ‘No-show’

If a booking of four or more person(s) is made, credit card details are required to secure the booking. If the booking is not honoured, a ‘no-show’ fee of $50 per person will apply to the provided credit card.

If fewer guests attend than initially reserved, a $50 fee is charged per person. Please update us 24 hours before the booking if amendments are required.

If the booking is for an advertised event featured on the Events page of the Sassy Italian Restaurant website, the ‘no-show’ fee is the full advertised fee for the event. This fee is to cover food and staff costs.

Bill surcharges

There is a surcharge of 15% on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Dietary Requirements

To ensure we can cater to all dietary needs, we kindly request that you provide us with any specific dietary requirements at least three days prior to the event. We are pleased to offer vegan and vegetarian options, and can accommodate various allergies. Your cooperation in informing us in advance will help us provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all attendees.
