Bookings/reservations made through the Sassy Italian Restaurant booking process require Credit card details be provided if the booking is for more than 4 people.
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible by calling Sassy Italian restaurant directly on 0488 007 297 or let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the cancellation is made within less than 24 hours of the booking date/time, a late cancellation fee will incur.
If a booking of four or more person(s) is made, credit card details are required. In the event that the booking is not honoured, a ‘no-show’ fee of $50 per person will apply on the provided credit card. If the booking is for an advertised event featured on the Events page of the Sassy Italian Restaurant website, the ‘no-show’ fee is $50 per person. This fee is to cover food and staff costs.
There is a surcharge of 15% on Saturdays and Sundays.
Cancellations and Charges
Cancellations must be made no later than two weeks before the event date (11th December). Please be aware that any cancellations made after this deadline will incur a charge of $80 per person.
To ensure we can cater to all dietary needs, we kindly request that you provide us with any specific dietary requirements at least three days prior to the event. We are pleased to offer vegan and vegetarian options, and can accommodate various allergies. Your cooperation in informing us in advance will help us provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all attendees.
