Head chef Trent Kerr grew up in country Victoria and has 26 years of experience.
Alongside working with Ele at Pronto on Flinders, Trent has worked in London and across Europe, further developing his skill set and passion for cooking.
Trent has also run the kitchen of iconic Melbourne venues. The Point in Albert Park and The European in the city, to name a few.
